Terms of service for Avo

These terms govern access to Avo apps, platform features, and shared services.

Using Avo

You may use Avo for lawful business or personal workflows in compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

•Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
•Use the platform responsibly and avoid abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
•Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

Accounts and Access

Your account is personal to you or your organization and must not be shared in unauthorized ways.

•You are responsible for activity under your account.
•We may suspend or restrict access for security, abuse, or policy violations.
•You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Avo offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

•Paid subscriptions (Avo Basic, Avo Plus, Avo Pro, Avo Ultra) auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
•You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
•Video packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
•Voice Mode includes plan-based monthly minutes; paid plans may buy one-time voice top-ups.
•Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@heyavo.ai for refund requests.
•Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.

Free Trial and Data Retention

The Starter plan is a 14-day free trial. After your trial ends, your data is preserved for a limited time.

•The Starter trial includes 250 AI credits and lasts 14 days, whichever limit is reached first.
•After your trial ends, you can still access the site in read-only mode for up to 4 months (120 days).
•If you do not upgrade within 4 months, your account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
•Generated media (images, videos) are retained for 60 days after creation, then deleted from storage.
•Upgrade at any time during the retention window to preserve all your data.

Content and AI Features

You retain ownership of content you create. You own all AI-generated images and videos produced through your account.

•You own all content you create in Avo, including AI-generated images and videos.
•You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before operational or legal reliance.
•AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. Avo is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
•You represent that you have rights to content submitted to the platform, including images used as references for AI generation.
•We may process content to deliver requested product functionality.

AI Content Acceptable Use

AI image and video generation must be used responsibly. The following uses are prohibited.

•Generating content depicting minors in harmful or inappropriate contexts.
•Creating deepfakes or deceptive impersonations of real people.
•Generating content intended to harass, threaten, or defame individuals.
•Creating content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
•Using generated content for disinformation, fraud, or illegal purposes.
•Note: Some AI models enforce additional restrictions (e.g., face generation may be blocked by the underlying model).

Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes defined usage allowances. These are enforced automatically.

•AI credits, image pack balances, video pack balances, and voice minutes are tracked per account.
•Exceeding a limit may temporarily restrict access to that feature until the allowance resets or additional packs are purchased.
•Usage limits may be adjusted with notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
•Abuse of the platform (e.g., automated scraping, excessive API calls) may result in account suspension.

Service Changes and Availability

Avo continues to evolve. Features may change as reliability, security, and product scope improve.

•We may update features, pricing, and terms with notice where required.
•Service is provided on an ongoing best-effort basis.
•Maintenance windows and interruptions may occur.

Termination and Legal Contact

You can stop using Avo at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for material violations or legal requirements.

•Certain obligations survive termination, including legal compliance and dispute resolution clauses.
•Region-specific consumer protections apply where required by law.
